Iran Has Never Faced a President Like Trump, Says Rubio

The United States has intensified its rhetoric against Iran amid growing regional tensions. In an interview set to air this weekend on “My View with Lara Trump,” U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the Iranian regime has “never faced a president like President Donald Trump.”

Rubio’s remarks come as Washington maintains military pressure on Tehran while keeping diplomatic channels open.

President Donald Trump said the United States will continue striking Iranian targets until Tehran returns to negotiations in what he described as “a meaningful way.” He also predicted that sustained military pressure would eventually weaken the current Iranian regime.

Meanwhile, the U.S. embassies in Jordan and Israel have advised American citizens to consider leaving the region, warning that the Iranian regime remains unpredictable and that security conditions could deteriorate rapidly.

At the same time, Kuwait announced that it intercepted multiple Iranian drones targeting critical infrastructure, while Bahrain condemned what it described as repeated Iranian attacks.

Security concerns have also intensified in the Strait of Hormuz, where commercial shipping remains under threat following reported attacks near Oman. The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) continues enforcing its naval blockade of Iranian ports while escorting humanitarian vessels through the region.

Analysts believe Washington is combining military pressure with diplomatic efforts to push Iran back to the negotiating table. However, the escalating tensions continue to raise concerns over regional stability and global energy security.
