The U.S. Air Force, alongside the Israeli Air Force, continues to conduct a highly intensified air campaign against targets inside Iran, marking one of the most aggressive military offensives in recent years. The joint operation—described by U.S. officials as “Operation Epic Fury”—involves persistent airstrikes targeting Iranian military infrastructure as both nations seek to establish dominance in the skies over the Islamic Republic.
Since the operation began, U.S. and Israeli forces have reportedly struck more than 2,000 Iranian targets, including missile launchers, air defence systems and naval assets, significantly degrading Tehran’s offensive capabilities.
Air Superiority and Military Dominance:
U.S. top military officials say that the combined military campaign has gained localized air superiority in parts of southern Iran, allowing allied aircraft greater freedom of movement and precision strike capability.
