Initiative to Increase BCS Officials in Noakhali Region

The number of BCS (Bangladesh Civil Service) cadre officials in the larger Noakhali (Noakhali, Feni, Lakshmipur) region is decreasing day by day, which is a matter of concern, according to the organizers of the BCS preparation workshop.

On June 23rd, Saturday, in the TSC Auditorium of Dhaka University, a BCS preparation workshop was organized by the Education Subcommittee, Noakhali Greater Officials Forum, and BM A Noakhali, with the aim of motivating BCS students in Noakhali. The speakers expressed their views on this occasion.

The speakers stated that the establishment of the BCS Motivational Academy in Noakhali, which is a commendable initiative, aims to motivate BCS students in the larger Noakhali region. They also expressed hope that the Noakhali Greater Officials Forum will work towards increasing the number of BCS cadre officials in the future.

The founder of the academy, Customs Commissioner Mohammad Belal Hossain Chowdhury, stated that as a non-political and impartial education service organization, BCS Motivational Academy-BMA will provide guidance to the talented students of Noakhali in enhancing their intellectual abilities and critical thinking skills.

The workshop was conducted under the leadership of academy founder Customs Commissioner Mohammad Belal Hossain Chowdhury. Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Mohammad Mejbah Uddin Chowdhury, Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Mohammad Humayun Kabir Khondokar, Secretary of the Planning Division, Satyajit Karmakar, Secretary of the Bridge Division, Mohd. Monjur Hossain, and other high-ranking officials were present as chief guests.

Overall, the BCS preparation workshop and the establishment of the BCS Motivational Academy in Noakhali are initiatives aimed at motivating BCS students and increasing the number of BCS cadre officials in the region.
