Trump Warns: ‘Biggest Attack’ Is Waiting in the Wings — ‘Do Not Retaliate for This Very Justified Attack’

President Donald Trump is refusing to back down in the face of Iranian warnings. He has announced new strikes and warned that an even bigger attack is “waiting in the wings.”

On Tuesday afternoon, Trump wrote on Truth Social:

“The United States is, as we speak, striking Iranian Targets near the Strait of Hormuz.”

Trump said the strikes were “large and powerful” and were being carried out in retaliation for Iran’s failed attempt to place sea mines in the Strait of Hormuz. He claimed that there were currently no mines in the strait because “They have been completely removed or detonated!”

He also said Iran had fired eight missiles at a U.S. military base in Jordan, all of which were successfully intercepted.

Trump warned that if Iran retaliates for what he called a “very justified attack,” the United States would respond with an attack at a “much harder and higher level.”

However, Trump emphasized that even that response would not be the biggest attack. He warned that “the biggest attack of them all” is still “waiting in the wings.”

He concluded with a stark warning that once that attack is over, “there will be very little left of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
