“The popularity of Eid prayers at New York’s Eidgah is increasing day by day

Meru Sikder, New York: Established by the Muhammadan Center since 2011, the ‘Eidgah Culture,’ established by the Prophets (peace be upon him), Companions, Successors, Successors’ Successors, Imams and Saints, and the consensus of the Scholars of Islam, has been a significant tradition in Islam, celebrating its 13th year today. Despite obtaining permission from the administration, the closure of streets and densely populated areas deprives Muslim citizens, making it inconvenient for them to attend Eid prayers, which can never be the cause of the satisfaction of Almighty Allah and His Messenger. Keeping this in mind, Mini Bangladesh Jackson Heights, a densely populated city, has chosen Diversity Plaza as the venue for Eidgah.

Those who have observed and understood the subject under consideration and realized their support from the beginning with the New York Eidgah, express gratitude and joy for participating in Eid prayers with new generations and family members at Jackson Heights Diversity Plaza Eidgah in New York. By closing the streets and depriving the Muslim residents of Eidgah, it does not adhere to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), which is why New York’s Eidgah is always there to help uphold the correct tradition and culture of Islam in the United States. Imam Kazi Kayyum, the director of New York Eidgah under the Muhammadan Center’s project, expresses gratitude to the residents who came here to perform Eid prayers, are performing, and will perform, to uphold and establish the true Eid al-Fitr in the eyes of Allah and His Messenger. Note that since the establishment of the New York Eidgah in 2011, arrangements for five congregations have been made regularly, which will always be available.”
