“Even if Elon turns against me, it doesn’t matter. The $1.6 trillion tax bill is one of the greatest bills of all time,” said U.S. President Donald Trump. He strongly defended his $1.6 trillion tax bill on social media, calling it “one of the best bills ever presented” in American history.

He further stated,

If this bill doesn’t pass, taxes could go up by as much as 68%, and far worse things could happen. I didn’t create this chaos—I came to fix it. Trump claimed that the bill is not only about tax cuts but also a vital step toward ensuring the future economic stability of the United States and building a stronger nation.

On the other hand, Elon Musk criticized the bill for its excessive and unnecessary spending, stating that it would be a disaster for taxpayers.
