CAIR Labels President Biden a ‘War Criminal’ Over Continued Arms Support to Israel
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the largest Muslim civil rights organization in the United States, has declared President Joe Biden a "war criminal" for his continued supply of arms to Israel. The announcement came on Wednesday following Israel's actions in Gaza, according to a report by Hurriyet.

In a strongly worded statement, CAIR accused President Biden of violating U.S. and international laws, stating, “Funding war crimes makes you a war criminal.” The organization condemned the U.S. administration's decision to supply lethal weapons to Israel despite its alleged breach of a 30-day deadline to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
The deadline was initially outlined in a letter sent on October 13 by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The letter urged Israel to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza or face consequences. Among the demands were the daily entry of at least 350 humanitarian aid trucks and the lifting of restrictions on the UN agency for Palestinian refugees.
Despite Israel’s failure to meet these demands, the U.S. State Department stated on Tuesday that there has been no change in U.S. policy. "We have not assessed that Israel is in violation of U.S. laws at this time," the department said.
International aid organizations, including Oxfam and eight others, have criticized Israel’s actions, stating in a joint report that Israel has not only failed to meet U.S. human rights standards but has taken steps that worsen Gaza’s humanitarian crisis.
The United Nations has also expressed concerns, reporting that food aid distribution in northern Gaza has been completely halted due to Israeli blockades. As a result, over 400,000 Palestinians are now without essential supplies.
