Iran claims strike on Israel’s intelligence backbone.
A spokesperson for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Ali Mohammad Naeini, stated that recent Iranian missile strikes targeted key Israeli intelligence facilities and resulted in casualties among Israeli personnel.
According to Iranian claims, dozens of missiles were launched toward sites linked to Israel’s Military Intelligence Directorate, known as Aman—considered a central pillar of Israel’s national security system.
Iranian sources allege that the strikes hit sensitive intelligence infrastructure and killed members involved in intelligence and security operations. Similar claims have appeared in past reports, where Iran said it targeted intelligence centers including Aman and Mossad-linked facilities.
However, Israeli authorities have not confirmed any such casualties tied specifically to intelligence personnel in these latest claims. In previous verified incidents during the ongoing conflict, Iranian missile attacks have caused limited casualties and infrastructure damage, with many projectiles intercepted by Israel’s air defense systems.
Recent verified reports indicate missile strikes hitting infrastructure such as industrial facilities, but without confirmed deaths in those specific incidents.
The situation remains fluid, with both sides engaged in intense military and information warfare—where public statements often serve strategic messaging purposes alongside battlefield actions.
