U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed deep concern over the brutality of the ongoing conflict in Gaza. According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, President Trump and top members of his administration are maintaining close communication with Israeli leaders and are treating the end of the war in Gaza as their “highest priority.”

Leavitt stated, “The heartbreaking scenes we have witnessed from both Gaza and Israel during this war are extremely painful. The President wants this war to end. He wants to save lives.”

Meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Scheduled for Monday
According to the Associated Press, President Trump is scheduled to meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House next Monday. The meeting is expected to focus on a ceasefire, regional security, and diplomatic solutions.

Netanyahu’s Close Advisor Ron Dermer in Washington
Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer, a close confidant of Netanyahu, is currently in Washington, D.C. He is holding meetings with senior U.S. officials regarding the ceasefire in Gaza, the Iran issue, and other key strategic matters.

Analysts believe this move by the Trump administration could mark a major turning point in the Middle East peace process in the coming days.
