Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's Cabinet on Tuesday announced full support for the decisions of the extraordinary Arab League summit held in Cairo, where the displacement of Palestinians from their land was opposed, and measures were taken to end the disastrous consequences resulting from the war.

The Cabinet reaffirmed the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and their right to establish an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. The final statement of the summit called for the deployment of an international protection and peacekeeping force in Palestinian territories.

The summit also fully supported Egypt's proposed Gaza plan, which will be implemented in full coordination with Palestine and other Arab countries. The Cabinet also reiterated the importance of achieving a just and comprehensive peace that fully implements the rights of the Palestinian people.

Saudi Arabia's Cabinet condemned Israel's decision to halt the flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza and called on the international community to take responsibility for these serious violations.

Additionally, the Cabinet discussed the joint statement issued during Lebanese President Joseph Aoun's visit to Riyadh, which highlighted the importance of strengthening relations with Beirut.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia's Cabinet announced a donation of 150 million riyals as part of the "Jood Regions Campaign" to provide housing for 10,000 homeless families.

The Cabinet also celebrated the opening of the first phase of the Sports Boulevard project in Riyadh, which will further strengthen the country's development plans in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
