BDR Members Were the Perpetrators of the BDR Massacre, Those Serving 16 Years in Prison Are the Criminals: Army Chief - Waker Zaman. But Where Does Sheikh Hasina's Responsibility Lie?

He further warned the nation, stating, "If we fight among ourselves, our independence could be at risk." He also emphasized, "A lot has happened in the last seven months, enough is enough. I want to leave a beautiful country for the next generation."
It is noteworthy that on February 25 and 26, 2009, during the BDR revolt in Pilkhana, 74 people, including the then Director-General of the BDR Major General Shakil Ahmed and 57 army officers, were killed.
After the incident, the then Sheikh Hasina government sentenced 139 people to death and 185 others to life imprisonment for the murders and explosions. At least 228 others received various prison sentences.
However, following the change of power on August 5, the allegations resurfaced for discussion. After nearly a decade and a half, the interim government, led by Professor Muhammad Yunus, initiated a re-investigation into the BDR revolt. There have been allegations that Sheikh Hasina and several leaders of the Awami League were involved in the Pilkhana massacre.
Now, the question arises: According to the Army Chief, General Waker Zaman, the BDR members were the perpetrators of the massacre, and those who are under judicial proceedings are the criminals. So, where does Sheikh Hasina's responsibility lie in this matter?
