Top Arab Leaders Meet in Saudi Arabia to Support Palestinians in Gaza
Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosted a meeting on Friday in Riyadh with leaders from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, as well as top leaders from Jordan and Egypt.
The meeting focused on collective efforts regarding the Palestinian issue and discussed the situation in Gaza, along with other regional and international matters, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
Present at the meeting were UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Jordan’s King Abdullah, Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and Bahrain’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The leaders welcomed the decision to hold an emergency Arab summit in Cairo on March 4.
