Ramallah, February 15: Nine Palestinian prisoners, who were serving life sentences in Israeli prisons, have arrived in Ramallah after being released. According to sources from Al Jazeera, three more prisoners with life sentences have been transferred to occupied East Jerusalem.

Ramallah, February 15: Nine Palestinian prisoners, who were serving life sentences in Israeli prisons, have arrived in Ramallah after being released. According to sources from Al Jazeera, three more prisoners with life sentences have been transferred to occupied East Jerusalem.
The scenes of the released prisoners reuniting with their families in Ramallah were highly emotional. Some of the freed prisoners disembarked from a minibus and reunited with their loved ones in Ramallah. This was part of the sixth prisoner exchange.
It was earlier reported that 24 of the 36 released Palestinian prisoners would be deported to Egypt. Eight others would return to the West Bank, and four would return to East Jerusalem. Gaza will soon receive 333 former prisoners.
In Ramallah, a freed Palestinian prisoner was emotionally reunited with family members.
