Paris, January 27: On the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, French President Emmanuel Macron released a special message and video today.

In his message, the French President said, "We will never forget the millions of innocent victims of the Holocaust. In honoring their memory, we must relentlessly continue the fight against hatred and anti-Semitism. We will be the memory of their memory."

Before the official ceremonies began this morning in Poland, Emmanuel Macron visited the Shoah Memorial in Paris, where he laid a wreath and observed a list of the names of 76,000 French Jews who were killed in the Holocaust.

He then visited a new exhibition called "Les Immortels," which pays tribute to the last surviving people of the Holocaust.

After the day's formalities, Macron will head towards Auschwitz. On this occasion, he shared a message on Twitter (X): "We will never forget the millions of victims of the Holocaust. We will continue the fight against hatred and anti-Semitism in the name of those who fell victim to this cruelty. We will carry their memory."

Today's messages have resonated deeply among the Jewish community and people worldwide who are aware of human rights.
