Washington, January 25: The "March for Life" movement, held annually in the United States, gained special significance this year as participants strengthened their pro-life (anti-abortion) stance. Thousands of protesters gathered in the U.S. capital, Washington D.C., and held rallies to promote their anti-abortion position.

President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance participated in the rally and assured in their speeches that the U.S. government would continue to support the pro-life movement in the future. Trump, in a prerecorded video message, said, "We will again stand proudly for families and for life."

University student Kristen Cooper said, "This is my fourth march, but it's the first under an administration that is on our side. It's truly remarkable."

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis celebrated the defeat of the abortion rights amendment proposal in the 2024 election and delivered a speech on the matter.
