Liverpool's star forward Mohamed Salah has stated that he senses something different in the team's performance this year, and he believes that the chances of winning the English Premier League title this season are much higher compared to previous years. He made these comments after Liverpool defeated Leicester City 3-1, strengthening their position at the top of the table. Liverpool is now seven points clear at the top.

Leicester City created a surprise lead in the 6th minute with a goal from Jordan Ayew, but Liverpool secured the victory with goals from Cody Gakpo, Curtis Jones, and Salah.

Mohamed Salah, who is currently the league's top scorer with 16 goals, told Amazon Prime, "It feels different, but the most important thing is we need to stay humble. When we were ahead before, we slipped due to injuries. Hopefully, if we stay injury-free this season, we will continue to move forward and win the title."

Liverpool's next match is against West Ham United on Sunday, followed by hosting Manchester United on January 5.

On this day, Salah also scored his 100th Premier League goal, marking a significant milestone in his career.
