Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 45,000, with 106,962 Injured in Israeli Attacks

The Gaza Ministry of Health has reported that since the onset of Israeli attacks on October 7, 2023, a total of 45,028 Palestinians have been killed, and 106,962 have been injured.

In the past 24 hours alone, 52 Palestinians have been killed, and 203 others injured, according to the ministry. The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate rapidly.

In a recent airstrike, Israeli forces targeted a school run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in Gaza. The bombing of Ahmed Bin Abdul Aziz School in southern Khan Younis resulted in the deaths of at least 20 Palestinians, including several children.

Local sources confirmed that the school was being used as a shelter at the time of the attack, housing numerous civilians. Among the victims were women and children, while many of their family members sustained severe injuries.
