Kashani was the interim leader of Friday prayers in Tehran. Apart from this, he was a member of the expert team of the country’s assembly. This expert group is responsible for selecting and supervising Iran’s supreme leader.Ayatollah Kashani was born on October 3, 1931, according to IRNA news agency. As such, he was 92 years old at the time of his death.
Praveen A Alem was also the head of Tehran’s Shaheed Motahari University. He played an important role in various religious activities after the victory in the Islamic revolution of 1979.
