Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Al Thani’s Visit to Moscow – Talks with President Putin on Trade, Economy, and Global Cooperation

Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in Moscow on April 17, the Kremlin has announced.

According to a statement from the Kremlin:

“On April 17, in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Al Thani, will hold talks. He is visiting Russia on an official visit.”

The statement further added:

“The two leaders will discuss key areas of bilateral cooperation between Russia and Qatar — particularly in trade, economic, and humanitarian sectors. Additionally, several important international issues will also be on the agenda.”
