Meanwhile, since Israel's military offensive in Gaza began in October 2023, over 50,600 Palestinians have been killed, the majority of whom are women and children.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants in November for Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Additionally, genocide charges have been filed in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding Israel's attack on Gaza.
