Recognizing the library’s potential as a resource, she utilized its free access to business databases, which are typically behind paywalls.

With guidance from Lucas and fellow librarian Huber, Williams compiled a targeted list of jewelry boutiques for outreach, resulting in a 40% growth in her consignment business.
