Kyiv, July 12, 2025 — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Friday that military aid shipments from the United States and NATO member states have resumed. In the context of the ongoing Russian aggression, Zelensky described the renewed support as "strategically significant" for Ukraine.

In a message on Telegram, he stated:

“We have received positive political signals from the highest levels — from the United States and our European allies. According to all the reports we have received, aid shipments have restarted.”

Zelensky also confirmed that Keith Kellogg, the U.S. special envoy, will visit Ukraine next week for high-level meetings with Ukrainian military leadership.

He added:

“Next week, we will continue military-level cooperation with our American counterparts. Our armed forces will work closely with General Kellogg. At the same time, we are also preparing a new European defense package.”

According to Ukrainian media, Keith Kellogg will begin a week-long visit to Kyiv starting Monday. Analysts view the visit as part of a continued flow of Western military assistance, aimed at helping Ukraine regain strength on the battlefield.

Through this announcement, Ukraine seeks to reassure both its citizens and observers that Western support remains firmly in place — and is now becoming more actively engaged than before.
