The nuclear facilities of Iran have been "destroyed" and "severely damaged" in President Donald Trump’s historic precision strikes — a conclusion shared by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Israel, and the United States.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghaei told Al Jazeera,
"Our nuclear installations have been badly damaged, there’s no doubt about it."

Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said,
"Our assessment is that Iran’s nuclear program has been severely damaged."

According to Israel’s Atomic Energy Commission,
"The devastating U.S. strike on Fordow made uranium enrichment operations there inoperable. Such coordinated attacks have set back Iran’s nuclear weapons development by several years."

The commission also stated,
"This achievement can last as long as Iran doesn’t regain access to nuclear materials."

The United States also confirmed the extent of the damage. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan “Razin” Caine said,
"All three nuclear sites have been completely destroyed — this is evident in our initial battlefield damage assessments."

He added,
"More than 125 U.S. aircraft participated in this operation, including B-2 stealth bombers, fourth and fifth generation fighters, dozens of refueling tankers, a guided missile submarine, surveillance and intelligence aircraft, and hundreds of technical and operational personnel."

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth stated,
"Given the 30,000 pounds of explosives and the capability of these munitions, the underground infrastructure at Fordow is completely destroyed."
He further added,
"Anyone claiming otherwise is either misinformed or deliberately distorting the truth."

These assessments come at a time when a leaked “low-confidence” intelligence report suggested the U.S. strikes may not have completely destroyed the nuclear sites. However, the Defense Intelligence Agency clarified,
"That report was based on just one day of intelligence collection and has since been updated with more data."

Secretary of State Marco Rubio dismissed the leaked report as "false" and said,
"Iran’s nuclear program today looks nothing like it did just a week ago. It has been totally destroyed. Their condition is very bad."
He added,
"If nothing had happened, Iran wouldn’t be coming to the negotiating table. What President Trump has done has pushed Iran far back."

Meanwhile, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Mariano Grossi stated,
"There is significant potential damage at Iran’s nuclear facilities."

He explained,
"At Esfahan, buildings related to uranium conversion were hit by cruise missiles, including tunnel entrances used for storing enriched uranium."
"At Natanz, the Fuel Enrichment Plant was struck with ground-penetrating munitions," he said.

At the time, President Trump was attending the NATO summit in the Netherlands, where allies praised his leadership and decisions.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said,
"You are a man of peace, but also a man of decisive action. The way you handled the nuclear strikes and secured a ceasefire between Iran and Israel sends an important message to the world."

President Trump concluded,
"If Iran tries to rebuild its nuclear program, the United States will strike again."
