"Please do not violate the ceasefire – it is now in effect": President Donald Trump

President Donald Trump has announced that the ceasefire between Iran and Israel is now officially in effect. In a post on his Truth Social platform, he wrote:

“The ceasefire is now in effect. Please do not violate it!”

However, as of now, neither Iran nor Israel has officially confirmed the ceasefire agreement. The 12-day bloody conflict has resulted in over a hundred deaths in Iran and more than two dozen casualties in Israel.

Trump’s Step-by-Step Timeline for the Ceasefire Implementation

President Trump stated that the ceasefire would be implemented through a phased 24-hour plan. The process began at 04:00 GMT on Tuesday (10:00 AM Bangladesh time).

Phase 1:

Starting at 04:00 GMT Tuesday (7:30 AM Tehran time and 7:00 AM Israel time), Iran would unilaterally halt all military operations.

Phase 2:

Exactly 12 hours later, at 16:00 GMT (7:00 PM Israel time), Israel would also enter the ceasefire phase.

During this interval, both sides would be allowed to complete any final military missions. Full enforcement of the ceasefire would begin once Israel's ceasefire takes effect and continue for the following 12 hours.

According to President Trump, once this timeline is completed, the 12-day war between Iran and Israel would be officially declared over.
