Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel has described Iran’s missile strike on Soroka Medical Center as a “deliberate crime.” She made the statement in a post on the social media platform X.

Haskel said, “The place that was attacked is not a military base—it is a hospital. It is the main medical center in Israel’s Negev region.”

She further stated, “The international community must take a clear stance against such terrorist attacks.”

She shared a video from inside the hospital showing the damage caused by the missile strike.

In a related development, Israel has claimed that on June 17, its own strike targeted Iran’s Farabi Hospital in the city of Kermanshah, an incident that has further escalated tensions in the ongoing Middle East conflict.

The ongoing exchange of attacks between Iran and Israel has now entered its seventh day, with increasing international concern over strikes on civilian infrastructure.
