Sixth Round of Iran-U.S. Nuclear Talks to Be Held Sunday in Oman – Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi Announces on Platform X

Dubai – Oman's Foreign Minister announced on Thursday that the sixth round of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the United States will take place this Sunday in Muscat, amid growing concerns over Iran's rapidly advancing nuclear program.

In a post on social media platform X, Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi stated:

“I am pleased to confirm that the sixth round of Iran-U.S. talks will take place this Sunday, the 15th, in Muscat.”

In recent days, Iran had hinted at upcoming talks, but Oman—which has been playing the role of mediator in the negotiations—had not made any official announcement until now.

There has been no comment yet from the United States regarding this development.

Meanwhile, as tensions in the Middle East have escalated over the past 24 hours, the U.S. is withdrawing non-essential personnel and their families from its missions in the region, citing the potential for instability.
