In the capital Tehran, people gathered at the Imam Khomeini Mosalla Grand Prayer Ground to perform the Eid al-Fitr prayers. The prayer was led by the leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
In Mashhad, an eastern city of Iran, Nakara tabla music was played at the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS) during the night, which is a tradition associated with this holy festival.

In a message on Sunday, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed his respect for the leaders and nations of the Muslim world during the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr, highlighting the importance of greater unity and solidarity among Muslim nations.
