Terrorist Attack in Tel Aviv, Israel Injures Several, Attacker Killed - Police
Islam, January 18, 2025: A shooting incident occurred on Saturday in a commercial center in Tel Aviv, Israel, leaving several people injured. One person was injured by stabbing.
Israeli police reported, "There are injuries at the scene, and large police forces have arrived at the location. The situation is currently unclear." The police stated that the incident took place on Levontin Street.
Emergency service provider Magen David Adom stated, "A 30-year-old male who was stabbed is currently receiving treatment and is in serious condition." They also mentioned that "the terrorist" involved in the attack was killed at the scene.
This attack occurred one day before the ceasefire in Gaza is set to take effect.
The Times of Israel reported that the attacker was identified as 19-year-old Salah Yahye from Tulkarem, who entered Israel illegally. The police have described the incident as a "terrorist attack."
Meanwhile, Qatar has announced that the ceasefire in Gaza will take effect at 8:30 AM local time on Sunday, ending the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
