Israeli Leader Israel Katz Assumes Role as Defense Minister

Israel Katz, a prominent hardline figure in Israeli politics, has been appointed as the country's new Defense Minister. Born on September 21, 1955, Katz holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s in Agricultural Science. His extensive political career includes serving as Israel’s Foreign Minister, Finance Minister, Transportation Minister, Agriculture Minister, and Intelligence Minister.
