The IDF confirmed that its aerial defense systems were actively working to intercept the incoming threats. Sirens were activated across several areas, and residents were instructed to seek immediate shelter. Israel’s Home Front Command sent emergency alerts directly to mobile phones in affected regions, urging civilians to enter protected spaces and remain there until further notice. “Exit from the protected space will be permitted only after receiving an explicit directive,” the IDF stated.
